The 3. 7” active area of which is 240×416 and 1-bit white/black and 1-bit red full display. A gate buffer, a source buffer, an interface, timing control logic, an oscillator, a DC-DC, an SRAM, a LUT, a VCOM, and a border are provided each to a panel.
